How many days per week is it?
The preseason program is 3 days per week but you can limit that two if you want. The game schedule and playoff programs are 2 major training days per week with built-in “extra day” work and recovery session guidelines for your starters.
Will this work for my sport?
Yes. Training is general. Especially for developing athletes. If you're at the high school or small college level, your athletes are developing and this will work for your sport.
I have both in-season and offseason athletes at the same time. Can they both do this?
