Will this work for my sport? 

Yes. Training is general. Especially for developing athletes. If you're at the high school or small college level, your athletes are developing and this will work for your sport.

I have both in-season and offseason athletes at the same time. Can they both do this?

This program is for offseason training.

How long will these workouts take? 

Both lifts and field sessions will take about 30-40 minutes. Done together it will take about 60-90 minutes.

Can I swap exercises? 

As long as it makes sense. Understand that changing too much will void the guarantee.

What are the main lifts? 

Main lifts are included and the program can be run as-is. I'll also show you how to pick the best tool for the job if you want to change it: Which squat type, which bench type, deadlifts yes or no. 

What if I have kids who can't do certain lifts?
